Everything you need to know about the ELD Mandate

In December 2015, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced the final Hours of Service (HOS) rule requiring commercial motor vehicle drivers to track their Record of Duty Status (RODS) electronically, using compliant Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) versus paper logbooks. A phased approach will lead up to the final deadline for compliance of December 16, 2019.
