How do I get the Tax Logbook? (South Africa only)
  • Install the best and choose a Matrix MX3 unit by calling 0800 33 99 88
  • Ensure you receive your remote control when installing the Matrix MX3 unit
  • Have your current ODO-meter reading ready
  • Call Matrix Customer Care at MiX Telematics Africa on (011) 654 8090 to activate your Internet Tracking and Logbook
  • Receive your password and username from Matrix Customer Care

After the above is done, you can login at www.mixtelematics.co.za and click on the "Customer Zone" button. Enter your password and username. You will now see a logbook button. Click on this button. Should you have registered (as per the above), you can now choose the month or months you want to claim for from both your employer and the receiver of revenue. It's as simple as that!
