Communicate
Our navigation solution connects the driver with the office via the mobile communications network (GSM/GPRS). Similar to text-messaging, drivers may use their Garmin's touch screen keyboard to send a message or record notes about their location. Similarly, dispatch can communicate with the drivers by sending a message that will appear on the screen. Even a new location can be sent and the driver will receive turn-by-turn, voice-prompted directions to the new destination.
