MiX Telematics has partnered with Garmin to provided a connected navigation solution that enables you to keep in better manage and communicate with your drivers and mobile workers. 

By combining a Garmin Personal Navigation Device (PND) with an FM Tracer or FM Communicator, customers can enjoy all the features of Connected Navigation.

 Key features include:

• Send free text messages from office to drivers and vice versa thus saving communication costs
• Send job messages including addresses to the garmin to ensure the drivers know exactly what is required
• Navigate your drivers to the correct destination thus saving time and energy
• Be updated in real-time of job status and estimated time of arrival to improve customer service
• Allow drivers to send canned messages back to the office to avoid unnecessary phone calls
