MiX Telematics to release “tools & technology” thought leadership paper following 2013 CTIA Show
BOCA RATON, FLA. – May 22, 2013 – MiX Telematics North America, a leading provider of fleet management, driver safety and vehicle tracking solutions across the United States, Canada and Latin America, announced today that Tools and Technology, the fourth white paper in the company’s Safe Driver Thought Leadership series, will be available to download from www.mixtelematics.net/thought-leadership beginning, June 1, 2013. More information about the Safe Driver Thought Leadership series will be available at the MiX Telematics booth #5250 in the Safe Driving Pavilion during the CTIA 2013, which is being held in the Sands Expo and Convention Center from May 21 to May 23.

We’ve seen a tremendous amount of positive feedback since releasing our first white paper last year.”
The Safe Driver Thought Leadership series is authored by MiX Telematics’ specialists, including Chris L’Ecluse and contributing authors, such as David Spradlin and Ken Creager. As MiX Telematics’ Master Driver Trainer, Chris has led Advanced Defensive Driving courses around the world and acted as a consultant on land transport safety issues. He was also involved in the development of the Schlumberger Safe Driver manual.
The Safe Driver Thought Leadership series is a part of MiX Telematics’ digital initiative to be a leading source of solutions, information and training for fleet managers across the Americas. “Fleet managers from across the country are turning to our Driver Safety Thought Leadership series to better identify the challenges facing fleet management today, as well as learn new ways to improve driver safety,” said Creager. “This fourth paper, Tools and Technology, specifically addresses why drivers must continue to follow best practices in safe driving, despite the advancements in safety features and technology that are integrated into today’s vehicles.”
